In this Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session, we will explore what you’d like to transform and your ideal outcome. We will look at your looping thoughts and how they are affecting your daily life. We will excavate the roots of your struggles and replace any outdated narratives with a fresh mind set. Allow me to guide you towards the life you deserve. Together, we will embark on a journey of profound healing, self-discovery, and transformation. The session includes a consultation, 1:1 RTT session (approx. 2 hours), your personalized recording, follow up session and constant support via email and phone.
