While Rapid Transformational Therapy is effective for a wide array of issues, my practice specializes in Fertility, Grief, Sports Performance: Transforming Athletic Minds and Trauma

Marisa Peer the founder of RTT began helping women with fertility because she had been told by her doctor that she would never have a baby.  She made the conscious decision not to ‘let that in’ and she went on to have her daughter.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can assist with fertility issues by addressing both the psychological and emotional aspects that might influence physical fertility. Here's how RTT and hypnosis uses the power of the mind to enhance fertility and aid in conception.

1. Identifying and Removing Psychological Blocks:

RTT aims to uncover and resolve subconscious beliefs and fears about pregnancy, motherhood, or fertility. These could stem from past experiences, societal pressures, or personal fears. By identifying these "baby blocks," as some RTTpractitioners call them, clients can begin to address and reframe these negative beliefs.

2. Rewiring Subconscious Thoughts:

Through techniques that include hypnotherapy, RTT helps rewire the brain by replacing limiting beliefs with empowering ones. This process assists in aligning the subconscious mind towards fertility and conception, possibly enhancing the body's natural ability to conceive.

3. Enhancing Self-Esteem and Confidence and reducing stress:

Fertility struggles can often lead to decreased self-esteem or confidence. RTTworks on boosting these aspects, which might indirectly help in reducing stress, a known factor that can affect fertility. Having a more positive self-dialogue can be crucial in dealing with the emotional toll of infertility. RTT uses relaxation techniques to reduce emotional stress and create a more conducive environment for conception.

4. Improving Communication with the Subconscious:

RTT teaches individuals how to communicate with their subconscious mind more effectively. This can be particularly helpful in cases where unexplained infertility might be linked to psychological factors. By understanding and modifying subconscious responses to fertility, individuals might experience an increase in fertility potential.

5. Support During IVF and Other Treatments:

For those undergoing treatments like IVF, RTT can provide psychological support, helping clients to have a more positive outlook and potentially better tolerance to the emotional ups and downs of such processes. It's noted that RTT can aid in improving the success rates of conception in these treatments.

6. Long-Term Emotional Health Post-Therapy:

o Beyond the immediate goal of conception, RTT can lead to significant long-term changes in how individuals perceive themselves and their journey towards parenthood, fostering resilience, hope, and well-being irrespective of the fertility outcomes.

It's especially helpful if you've experienced a miscarriage as it supports you in managing your sadness, grief, and healing the emotional pain and trauma.

While RTT is not a medical treatment and should not replace medical advice or treatments for fertility issues, it can be effective by working on the mental and emotional side of fertility challenges.
